- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper washing.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Items returned after the 3-day period.
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Send the item back as instructed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item received
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
5. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- You will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return does not meet our conditions, it may be rejected.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter promptly.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
